As a physician and clinical investigator with over ten years of experience, Dr. Ammara Mushtaq founded Rasai Research to address a critical gap in clinical trials: the underrepresentation of Asian and immigrant communities. Through work across both academic and independent research settings, Dr. Mushtaq witnessed firsthand how systemic barriers—such as language, trust, and access—limit participation from diverse populations. Rasai was established to change that.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Vera supports the daily operations of our clinical facility with exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of healthcare operations. With a background as a Physical Therapist, she brings valuable clinical insight to her administrative role, allowing her to anticipate the needs of both staff and patients with efficiency, professionalism, and empathy.
