As a physician and clinical investigator with over a decade of experience, Dr. Mushtaq founded Rasai Research with a clear purpose: to make clinical trials more inclusive. Having worked in both academic and independent research settings, she saw how language, trust, and access often kept Asian and immigrant communities from participating in research. With her vision and leadership, Rasai was created to break down those barriers and ensure that every community has a voice in advancing healthcare.

CLINICAL RESEARCH COORDINATOR

Samia helps ensure our clinical trials run smoothly and meet regulatory standards. She guides participants with care from recruitment to follow-up, making sure they feel supported throughout the process. Alongside this, she manages documentation and timelines, and works closely with investigators and sponsors to maintain accuracy, data integrity, and the high quality of our research.

CLINICAL RESEARCH COORDINATOR

Faaraea is a physician and public health professional with extensive experience in clinical research coordination. She has managed study recruitment, data collection, and follow-up while ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical standards. Skilled in IRB processes, data management, and collaboration with investigators and sponsors, she supports high-quality, patient-centered research. Her combined expertise in clinical care, digital health, and public health research enables her to bridge the gap between participants, study teams, and data, advancing meaningful health outcomes.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Vera supports the daily operations of our clinical facility with exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of healthcare operations. With a background as a Physical Therapist, she brings valuable clinical insight to her administrative role, allowing her to anticipate the needs of both staff and patients with efficiency, professionalism, and empathy.
