As a physician and clinical investigator with over a decade of experience, Dr. Mushtaq founded Rasai Research with a clear purpose: to make clinical trials more inclusive. Having worked in both academic and independent research settings, she saw how language, trust, and access often kept Asian and immigrant communities from participating in research. With her vision and leadership, Rasai was created to break down those barriers and ensure that every community has a voice in advancing healthcare.

Samia Siddiqui, MBBS

REGULATORY COORDINATOR

Samia helps ensure our clinical trials run smoothly and meet regulatory standards. She guides participants with care from recruitment to follow-up, making sure they feel supported throughout the process. Alongside this, she manages documentation and timelines, and works closely with investigators and sponsors to maintain accuracy, data integrity, and the high quality of our research.

Faaraea is a physician and public health professional with extensive experience in clinical research coordination. She has managed study recruitment, data collection, and follow-up while ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical standards. Skilled in IRB processes, data management, and collaboration with investigators and sponsors, she supports high-quality, patient-centered research. Her combined expertise in clinical care, digital health, and public health research enables her to bridge the gap between participants, study teams, and data, advancing meaningful health outcomes.

Mahfuza B. Muktadir, B.A, MPH

Katherine S. Escobar, A.S., CPT

CLINICAL RESEARCH COORDINATOR Languages: English, Spanish

As a clinical research coordinator, Katherine supports the successful conduct of medical research studies by working closely with research teams and participants. Her responsibilities include clearly explaining study procedures, coordinating study visits, managing data, and ensuring that studies are conducted safely and in compliance with regulatory requirements. With a background in health science, she brings a strong understanding of medical concepts to support high-quality, ethical research.

Prabodh supports evidence-based healthcare research through work in clinical research, health outcomes research, and healthcare data analysis. His responsibilities include coordinating clinical research activities, supporting real-world evidence generation, and contributing to cost-effectiveness and health economics analyses. With a Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences and training in pharmaceutical economics and health policy, he brings a strong analytical foundation and a commitment to ethical, patient-focused research.
